Warranty

We guarantee that the Rod-Rokker will function as designed for a full two years from date of purchase.  Being fisherman ourselves we know that having a short guarantee and having something that only lasts for only a fishing season or two just won't do.  That is why we guarantee our Rod-Rokker for a full two years from mechanical defects.  If your Rod-Rokker fails for any reason* you can send it back to us** and we will repair or replace it as we see fit.

The Rod-Rokker is a hand-assembled device. Although some components are factory made, hand assembling parts that are factory made and hand made may at times cause areas or points that may be sharp and may in extreme circumstances cause slight injury to the user.  We have made every effort to assure that the Rod-Rokker is safe to use and handle.  However with anything that is made, not everything can be fool proof.  If you find that the product you received is not safe in any manner to use please contact us immediately for refund or replacement.  We want our products to be safe to use and to bring you long term satisfaction.

Our products are constantly evolving as we experiment with new materials and parts.  Although the basic designs may be the same we reserve the right to make changes that can enhance the performance, durability, and ease of use of our products.  Such changes do not affect the warranty of our Rod-Rokker II nor are they a reason  to claim that one is specifically different for another and not acceptable.
